Afegiu-hi la nata i barregeu-ho tot junt. Coleu-ho.<\/li>\n<li>Aboqueu la mescla en un sif\u00f3 d\u20191 litre i poseu-hi 2 c\u00e0rregues. Deixeu refredar b\u00e9 el preparat un parell d\u2019hores a la nevera.<\/li>\n<li>Per preparar la carbassa, peleu-la i talleu-la a talls regulars. Poseu-la a coure en una cassola amb l\u2019aigua i el sucre. Quan sigui tova, apagueu el foc i deixeu-la refredar en el mateix alm\u00edvar.<\/li>\n<li>Per fer la gelatina de poma, liq\u00fceu les dues pomes i traieu-ne l\u2019escuma. Preneu 250 g de suc de poma i dissoleu-hi l\u2019agar-agar al foc. Feu que arrenqui el bull i apagueu el foc. Refredeu-ho.
