Tapeu-ho i deixeu-ho reposar a la nevera 1 hora.<\/li>\n<li>Tot seguit, d\u2019aquesta pasta estireu-ne una capa fina al damunt d\u2019un paper sulfuritzat de pastisseria i, amb la punta d\u2019una cullera, feu-ne uns rectangles de 4 cm \u00b4 10 cm, com unes galetes.<\/li>\n<li>Poseu les galetes a coure al forn a 180 \u00baC uns 7 minuts, aproximadament. Han de quedar daurades i cruixents.<\/li>\n<li>Aixafeu el formatge Fermi\u00f3 amb una forquilla. Si t\u00e9 una maduraci\u00f3 \u00f2ptima, aquest formatge \u00e9s molt tou.
