Reserveu-los.<\/li>\n<li>A la mateixa paella, daureu-hi el conill.<\/li>\n<li>Afegiu-hi els alls i, quan estiguin un xic daurats, incorporeu-hi el sofregit de ceba i la tomata.<\/li>\n<li>Quan estigui ben sofregit, tireu-hi els cargols i el vi blanc i deixeu que el vi es redueixi. Mulleu-ho tot amb el brou calent i deixeu que es cogui uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Quan el conill estigui tovet, afegiu-hi les mongetes tendres, els talls de pebrot i m\u00e9s brou, i quan arrenqui el bull tireu-hi l\u2019arr\u00f2s i deixeu-ho coure un 16 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Us ha de quedar un arr\u00f2s sec.
