Por una parte, pareci\u0301a que la cerveza tan solo podi\u0301a ser industrial y que se necesitaban grandes instalaciones para montar una fa\u0301brica. De la misma manera, la mayori\u0301a de la gente pensaba que la ratafi\u0301a era una cosa de agricultores y de entendidos en bota\u0301nica. En cambio, han empezado a aflorar microcerveceri\u0301as por todo el territorio, con ma\u0301s de una treintena de cervezas, y la ratafi\u0301a ha salido del armario de las casas de paye\u0301s y de los estantes de los bares de las comarcas de la Catalun\u0303a profunda para convertirse en una bebida de moda, presente incluso en el mundo de la cocteleri\u0301a fina.<\/h6>\n

Hay varias ferias dedicadas a las cervezas artesanas y locales especializados: birritecas y cervezatecas. La ratafi\u0301a, presente desde siempre en diferentes ferias, es un sector que experimenta cada an\u0303o la aparicio\u0301n de nuevos fabricantes y marcas.<\/p>\n
