Traieu-les i reserveu-les.<\/li>\n<li>Ofegueu la s\u00e8pia neta i tallada a trossos regulars amb un raig d\u2019oli en una cassola tapada, fins que sigui tova. Reserveu-la.<\/li>\n<li>A la mateixa cassola de sofregir les carns, tireu-hi el sofregit de ceba, la tomata ratllada i un xic de pebrot tallat ben fi, que es cogui tot junt. Afegiu-hi la tinta de la s\u00e8pia, remeneu-ho, incorporeu-hi la s\u00e8pia, les salsitxes i la mitjana i deixeu-ho coure tot 2 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Tot seguit, tireu-hi l\u2019arr\u00f2s, deixeu-lo enrossir un moment, agregueu-hi el brou bullent i feu-ho coure uns 16 minuts. Tasteu-ho de sal i escampeu-hi all i julivert picat pel damunt.
