Incorporeu-hi els lloms de bacall\u00e0 i deixeu-los confitar durant 20 minuts, aproximadament.<\/li>\n<li>Ompliu una olla amb aigua i sal i feu-hi bullir les puntes d\u2019esp\u00e0rrec durant 2 minuts. Escorreu-les i refredeu-les r\u00e0pidament amb aigua i gel. Quan siguin fredes, escorreu-les i eixugueu-les.<\/li>\n<li>Mentrestant, poseu la nata a escalfar i, quan arrenqui el bull, tireu-hi el formatge Manyac i deixeu que es fongui. Tritureu-lo per fer-ne una salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Torreu els pinyons.
