Barregeu-lo amb la botifarra t\u00e8bia.<\/li>\n<li>Farciu els badocs amb la botifarra esparracada i tanqueu-los.<\/li>\n<li>Enfarineu-los i passeu-los per l\u2019ou batut. Fregiu-los i, quan siguin rossos, poseu-los sobre un paper absorbent perqu\u00e8 perdin l\u2019exc\u00e9s d\u2019oli.<\/li>\n<li>Per fer la salsa, en un bol, bateu el rovell amb el suc de llimona i un polsim de sal. Aneu-ho lligant amb l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i, quan estigui ben emulsionat, afegiu-hi les herbes, el pebre vermell i el s\u00e8sam.<\/li>\n<li>Poseu els badocs en un plat o una pl\u00e0tera i un xic de salsa al damunt.
