Reserveu-la.<\/li>\n<li>Hidrateu amb aigua freda les fulles de gelatina. Un cop hidratades, escorreu-les b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Poseu a bullir la llet.<\/li>\n<li>Quan arrenqui el bull, afegiu-hi les fulles de gelatina.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporeu-hi la cobertura de xocolata blanca tallada a trossos petits i mescleu-ho tot delicadament.<\/li>\n<li>Afegiu-hi la nata semimuntada i les nous picades i torneu-ho a mesclar tot amb suavitat.<\/li>\n<li>Poseu-ho en un recipient i guardeu-ho a la nevera unes 6 hores.<\/li>\n<li>Per muntar les postres, talleu les galetes amb ganivet i poseu-les al fons del plat amb una cullerada de ratafia redu\u00efda.
