Refredeu-les en aigua i gel.<\/li>\n<li>Peleu-les, talleu-les en quatre parts, traieu-los les llavors i talleu-les a daus molt petits. Poseu-les en un colador i deixeu que s\u2019escorrin uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Traieu la pell al bon\u00edtol i talleu-ne 12 daus regulars. El que sobri, reserveu-lo per a una altra aplicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Marineu els daus de bon\u00edtol amb el tamari 5 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Talleu uns dauets de poma <em>granny smith<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Preneu la polpa de tomata i barregeu-hi la melmelada de pebrot escalivat amb vermut i herbes de Proven\u00e7a, un polsim de sal i un raig d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva.
