Se trata de una conserva de carne de cerdo con az\u00facar y ralladura de lim\u00f3n e, incluso, canela.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">En cuanto a las galletas, en Santa Coloma de Farners y en Camprodon existe una importante industria que esparce cajas por todo el planeta. Las galletas de Camprodon son variadas y surtidas. De las de Santa Coloma destacan los almendrados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Estas galletas son unas grandes pastas de t\u00e9 y el acompa\u00f1amiento perfecto para el caf\u00e9. Son ideales para mojar en vino dulce o rataf\u00eda.
