Muchos heladeros, pasteleros y cocineros de postres han sido alumnos de Angelo Corvitto, establecido en Torroella de Montgr\u00ed desde 1985. Nacido en 1943 en Licata, Sicilia, Corvitto fue considerado el mejor heladero del mundo en 2006. Este maestro heladero ha divulgado el arte del helado en nuestra tierra y ha formado a algunos de los mejores cocineros del mundo. Ha sido pionero en la transformaci\u00f3n del mundo heladero y en la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos helados, conceptos y sabores. En la Gelateria Zucchero de L\u2019Escala les gusta recordar que su helado de chocolate lo han hecho siempre con base de agua. De este modo, han conseguido un helado vegano y apto para intolerantes a la lactosa y para celiacos. Este helado de <em>recuit de drap<\/em>, de leche de cabra de Ullastret, ba\u00f1ado con <em>coulis<\/em> de miel del Montgr\u00ed, responde a esta idea.
