Au total, cent seize produits provenant de soixante-dix entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s au cours des mois de mai et juin 2023 lors de d\u00e9gustations \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle de quatorze familles de produits : eaux min\u00e9rales, riz, boissons locales, caf\u00e9s et herbes m\u00e9dicinales, conserves et semi-conserves, charcuteries, fruits secs, foie gras, biscuits, glaces, produits laitiers, huile d\u2019olive, miels et vins, et vins liquoreux. Les biscuits figurent de nouveau dans la liste, et les glaces sont les nouveaut\u00e9s introduites dans cette cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9dition.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
