Girona Excel\u00b7lent est le label de qualit\u00e9 agroalimentaire<\/strong> de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Girona qui reconna\u00eet les meilleurs produits de la r\u00e9gion de G\u00e9rone. Les produits retenus sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s \u00e0 cent pour cent dans la r\u00e9gion de G\u00e9rone et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s lors de d\u00e9gustations \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle par les meilleurs chefs cuisiniers, \u0153nologues et critiques en gastronomie.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Les produits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis au cours du mois de mai 2025 lors de d\u00e9gustations \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle parmi les quinze familles de produits s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s : eaux min\u00e9rales, riz, conserves et semi-conserves, plats cuisin\u00e9s, charcuteries, fruits secs, foie gras, biscuits, produits laitiers, huile d\u2019olive, miel, caf\u00e9s et plantes m\u00e9dicinales, bi\u00e8res, vins, vins g\u00e9n\u00e9reux et liqueurs.
