Cinq experts dans chaque domaine ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ces d\u00e9gustations, ainsi que des repr\u00e9sentants des sciences, de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie, de la recherche, du journalisme gastronomique, de l&rsquo;enseignement, de la restauration, du monde du vin, de la gastronomie ou du commerce sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. Il convient de souligner que la grande affluence du secteur vitivinicole nous a contraints \u00e0 mobiliser deux \u00e9quipes de d\u00e9gustation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Lors des d\u00e9gustations \u00e0 l&rsquo;aveugle, divers param\u00e8tres gastronomiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s ; c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire, les qualit\u00e9s organoleptiques suivantes : aspect, ar\u00f4me, go\u00fbt et harmonie.
