Dans le cas des produits singuliers, des scores num\u00e9riques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9s et des d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations se sont tenues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cabeceraypie\" style=\"text-indent: 1cm; margin: 7pt 0cm; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Sur toutes les tables, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des d\u00e9gustateurs, \u00e9taient pos\u00e9es deux pommes de G\u00e9rone, une <em>Granny smith<\/em> et une <em>Royal gala<\/em>. Ces deux pommes, ainsi que la <em>Golden<\/em> et la <em>Red delicious<\/em>, sont les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de l\u2019IGP Poma de Girona. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cabeceraypie\" style=\"text-indent: 1cm; margin: 7pt 0cm; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Pourquoi la <em>Granny smith<\/em> et la <em>Royal gala<\/em> ? <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cabeceraypie\" style=\"text-indent: 1cm; margin: 7pt 0cm; text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Car, bien mieux que tout produit neutre, la pomme est id\u00e9ale pour les longues d\u00e9gustations puisqu\u2019elle nettoie, rafra\u00eechit et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re le palais sans laisser de r\u00e9sidus aromatiques. Elle allie les avantages de l\u2019eau et du pain. La plus r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice est probablement la <em>Granny smith<\/em>, une pomme croquante, acide et juteuse.
