\n30 g de petals d\u2019hibisc
\n2 fulles de gelatina de 2 g remullades en aigua freda
\n330 g de sidra GIRONA EXCEL\u00b7LENT
\n50 g d\u2019aiguardent de fruites vermelles
\n60 g de gelea de p\u00e8tals de rosa i gerds GIRONA EXCEL\u00b7LENT
\n125 g de iogurt d\u2019ovella GIRONA EXCEL\u00b7LENT
\n20 g de pell de llimona confitada
\nFlors de farigola[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]PREPARACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Poseu una olla al foc amb l\u2019aigua i el sucre. Quan arrenqui el bull, apagueu el foc, tireu-hi els petals d\u2019hibisc i deixeu-lo infusionar 5 minuts.<\/li>\n
  2. Tot seguit, tireu-hi les fulles de gelatina ben escorregudes, deixeu que es dissolguin i coleu-ho tot.<\/li>\n
  3. Afegiu-hi la sidra i l\u2019aiguardent i poseu-ho al congelador.<\/li>\n
  4. Per muntar les postres, poseu en un plat soper un parell de cullerades de gelea, el granissat d\u2019hibisc ratllat amb una forquilla al damunt, uns punts de iogurt d\u2019ovella i uns tallets de pell de llimona confitada.<\/li>\n
  5. Acabeu-ho de decorar amb unes flors de farigola i serviu-ho r\u00e0pidament.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
