Au sud de la baie du golfe de Roses, \u00e0 l\u2019Escala, ils ont pr\u00e9serv\u00e9 l\u2019Alfol\u00ed de la Sal, un ancien entrep\u00f4t, march\u00e9 du sel, douanes maritimes et d\u00e9p\u00f4t de sel, comme mus\u00e9e et centre culturel.
