A total of 116 products from 70 different companies were chosen in May and June 2023 at blind tastings of the 14 selected groups of products: mineral waters, rice, local drinks, coffees and medicinal herbs, preserves and semi-preserves, sausages and charcuterie, dried fruit and nuts, foie gras, biscuits, ice cream, dairy products, olive oil, honey, and wines and fortified wines. Biscuits and ice cream are new to the list in this latest fifth edition.
